Digital Extremes - Warframe - Cetus

I worked on the Ostron town Cetus for the Plains of Eidolon quest update in WarFrame. I composed the town exterior based on a CSG block out level provided to me. I was responsible for proxy asset creation, terrain creation, layout, composition,1st pass lighting, and placement of props and effects. This was Digital Extremes first foray into the realm of open world levels and large civilian hubs. There were many iterations of the level before it shipped out the door. Optimizations for this level were our first time using Simplygon, which was a lot of fun learning.
The team members for this level were Mike Janes (Level Designer), Jeremy Andress (Lighting Artist), the art team and effects team.
